Are you a person with wide-ranging skills and aspiring to become an executive some day?
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the Administrative Director and strengthen our team in Lusaka. You possess exceptional written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance across multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have a broad base of experience in areas such as HR, legal, accounting and administration. You must be able to thrive in a high-pressure environment, being proactive, resourceful and efficient.
Degree in business administration -related field.
3+ years of experience providing executive-level support.
Provide administrative support to the Administrative Director and other members of the executive team.
Draft policies, contracts and other corporate documents.
Manage the cloud-based filing system
Manage projects such as development of corporate identity, market analysis and business process improvement.
Responsible for due diligence and compliance processes.
Assists with the coordination, implementation and administration of new and existing contracts; contractual insurance requirements; liability claim resolution and legal case management.
