YOUNG AFRICA ZAMBIA is a Non-Governmental Organisation offering Vocational Skills Training to Youths aged between 15-35.
We are looking for Entrepreneurs running successful businesses in Tailoring and Design interested in Partnering with Young Africa Zambia to be Franchisees providing training to these Youths.

FRANCHISE CRITERIA
- A skilled artisan, with considerable relevant industrial working experience
- A passionate teacher/trainer with a track record in vocational training/skills transfer
- A hardworking business person with big ambitions, willing to use the franchise opportunity to grow own business profile; –
- A caring social/development worker, capable of supporting young people with broken backgrounds to rise beyond their past and exploit their full potentials and flourish
- A brand ambassador for YA, capable of representing the YA brand through high quality products and services and his/her own conduct
Interested Entrepreneurs shall submit the following details along with their Expression of Interest Letters:
- A brief profile of the Organisation
- Compliance documents – ZRA, PACRA, NAPSA
- 1-year business plan for operating the Franchise
