POSITION: SENIOR MANAGER; Talent Management
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE (LUSAKA)
Summary of duties and responsibilities
Reporting to Director of Human Resources, the incumbent shall manage, co-ordinate and drive the execution of Talent Management operations, in line with the functional policies, strategies, operational plans, programmes, processes and standards, and in alignment with the overall ZACL strategy.
Key Performance Areas
- Manage and drive the execution of Talent Management unit’s strategy and operational plan to ensure optimal business performance
- Manage, co-ordinate and drive the overall execution of Talent Management business operations and processes
- Manage the Talent Management unit’s financial budgeting, planning, expenditure and reporting.
- Manage employee engagement, people and performance management processes
- Manage and co-ordinate governance, reporting, and stakeholder management processes
Qualifications and Requirements
- Grade 12 School Certificate with at least 5 ‘O’ level credits including English and Mathematics
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Post Graduate Qualification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
- Five years experience in Human Resources practice with two years in middle management
- Member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
