KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM, becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country is now actively looking to recruit BARBER MAN in the Hospitality Industry.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The BARBER MAN will be responsible for cutting, trimming and styling hair to a clients specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and consulting with them on their desired hairstyles.
- Cutting and trimming hair according to clients’ instructions.
- Maintain salon sanitation and health standards
- Cleaning and disinfecting work stations
- Ensuring that combs, scissors, razors, and other instruments are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
- Providing hairstyle suggestions to clients.
Education & Experience
- Grade 12 Certificate, Diploma in hospitality is an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of current hairstyles and trends.
- The ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A disciplined Individual
Salary Range: ZMK 1,000 – ZMK1,200
