Job Description

Our client is seeking to recruit aqualified, innovative, customer centric and ready to go Car Wash Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the daily operations of the wash;

– Key responsibilities included scheduling, chemicalinventories, employee training, and general maintenance;

– Daily training of staff to insure knowledge &understanding of safety in the work place;

– Develop an effective action plan that focuses on excellentcustomer service, proper housekeeping and staffing;

– Develop and deliver effective employee meetings those werepositive and assured continuing team building success;

– Must have over 2 years of experience with traceablereference;

– Having an excellent customer relationship management;

– Must be available immediately and willing to work long hourswhen necessary and open identifying opportunities for businessdevelopment.
