Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to select qualified candidates.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
    • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
    • Conduct investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
    • Identify training and development needs.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and data.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is an added advantage
