  1. HEAD OF HR OUTSOURCING

As the Head of HR Outsourcing, you will lead our Labour Broking and Employer of Record services, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Your role will involve developing strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will lead a team of professionals to deliver top-tier HR solutions, aligning with our mission to simplify HR for our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement HR outsourcing strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing service offerings, including HR systems and client-specific solutions.
  2. Client Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Understand client needs, deliver customized HR solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to meet service delivery expectations.
  3. Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee daily operations, encompassing recruitment, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.
    • Leverage technology, including HR information systems (HRIS), to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, data protection regulations, and industry standards across various regions.
    • Mitigate risks by advising on legal and regulatory matters pertinent to HR services.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and adherence to best practices in HR partnering.
  6. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, exploring new client relationships and expanding service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years in HR, with 5 years in HR outsourcing or leadership.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Labour laws, EOR services, and client management.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication.
  • Member of ZIHRM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: CIPD or similar professional certifications.
  • Experience: Scaling businesses, M&A, or HRIS tools.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in managing an engaging Unions
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.

 

  1. MANAGER – HR CONSULTANTING

 

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager – HR Consulting to lead our consulting team in delivering high-quality services across various HR functions, including HR compliance, HR Audits, policy formulation, employee engagement, wellness programs, compensation and benefits strategies, organization design, job evaluation, research, and union management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering positive workplace cultures and driving employee engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

         HR Compliance & Audit:

    • Ensure clients comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Conduct comprehensive HR audits to assess compliance and operational effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations.

Policy Development:

    • Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and review HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and compliance with Labour laws.
    • Train client staff on new policies to ensure smooth adoption and understanding.

    Employee Engagement Initiatives:

    • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that enhance workplace culture and reduce turnover.
    • Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gain insights and formulate improvement plans.

    Wellness Programs:

    • Design and implement employee wellness initiatives focusing on mental, physical, and emotional health.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and adapt strategies as needed.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
    • Develop total reward strategies that align with organizational goals and employee expectations.

     Organization Design:

    • Assess organizational structures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with clients to design roles and teams that align with strategic objectives.

          Job Evaluation:

    • Lead job evaluation processes to ensure roles are appropriately assessed and compensated.
    • Develop frameworks for job evaluation that promote fairness and equity in compensation.
    • Fscilitate Salary Surveys and Remuneration Reporting

    Research:

    • Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to inform consulting strategies.
    • Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery.

   Union Management:

    • Provide guidance on union relations and collective bargaining processes.
    • Assist clients in navigating union negotiations and maintaining positive labor relations.

     Consulting Advisory Services:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic HR consulting tailored to their unique challenges.
    • Assist the Training department to facilitate workshops and training sessions to build HR capabilities within client organizations.

     Project Management:

    • Manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, regularly communicating progress and soliciting feedback.

    Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and mentor a team of HR consultants, fostering professional development and high performance.
    • Encourage a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous performance improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 6-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a consulting or managerial role.
    • Demonstrated expertise in HR compliance, audit processes, policy development, organization design, and job evaluation.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent labour laws knowledge and application
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, payroll, analytics tools).
  1. EMPLOYMENT BUREAU SPECIALIST

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist – Employment Bureau to oversee the end-to-end process of employee reference checks, background checks, and verification services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all screening processes—criminal checks, credit checks, media checks, and employment verifications—are conducted efficiently and in compliance with legal regulations and company policies. You will also manage the blacklisting and whitelisting of employment references, contributing to a safe and reliable hiring environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Reference Checks:

    • Oversee the process of conducting employee reference checks to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for positions.
    • Develop and maintain guidelines for effective communication with references.

Background Verification:

    • Manage comprehensive background check processes, including criminal history, credit history, media checks, and professional references.
    • Ensure all backgrounds checks are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Criminal and Credit Checks:

    • Coordinate criminal and credit checks for potential hires, ensuring that all necessary permissions are obtained and documented.
    • Analyze results and communicate findings to the appropriate stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.

Media and Employment Verification:

    • Conduct media checks and verification of previous employment to validate candidates’ work history and reputations.
    • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for thorough assessments.

Blacklisting and Whitelisting:

    • Manage the process of blacklisting or whitelisting employment references based on compliance, reliability, and integrity.
    • Develop and maintain a database of blacklisted and whitelisted references, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date.

Policy Development and Compliance:

    • Establish, implement, and review policies and procedures related to employment verification processes and background checks.
    • Stay updated on legal regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with hiring.

Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor the employment bureau team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, accuracy, and integrity within the team.

Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular reports on screening outcomes, trends, and recommendations for process improvements.
    • Analyze data to identify patterns or areas of concern that may affect hiring decisions.

Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to align screening processes with organizational goals and standards.
    • Engage with external vendors and service providers as needed for comprehensive background checks.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Background Investigator) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of experience in an HR or compliance role, with a strong focus on background checks, verifications, and employment screening.
    • Experience managing a team is beneficial.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local laws regarding employee screening and privacy.
    • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and references.
    • Proficiency in HR software and background check systems, along with MS Office Suite.
