- PARTS RUNNER/PICKER (2)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Runner to support warehouse and service operations within the automotive industry. The Parts Runner will be responsible for accurately picking, transporting, and delivering automotive parts between the warehouse, service bays, and designated departments to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and deliver automotive parts and supplies as requested.
- Transport parts safely and efficiently between warehouse, service areas, and technicians.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition before delivery.
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of parts movement and deliveries.
- Return unused or incorrect parts to inventory following procedures.
- Keep warehouse and staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Follow safety, handling, and company procedures at all times.
- Support warehouse staff and service teams during peak periods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma in any related fields.
- Previous experience in the warehouse.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to work long hours and holidays.
- Knowledge of Health and safety policies.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- COMPANY DRIVER
The Company Driver will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation services for company staff, visitors, and goods. He/She will be maintaining assigned vehicles in good working condition, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, and supporting administrative and logistical activities as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely transport company employees, management, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, equipment, and other company items as required.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers and goods according to schedules.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are roadworthy before use.
- Monitor fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, and other vehicle requirements.
- Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and properly maintained at all times.
- Report mechanical faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Coordinate scheduled servicing and repairs as directed.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, mileage records, fuel consumption records, and trip reports.
- Ensure all vehicle licenses, insurance, and regulatory documents remain valid and up to date.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Assist with office errands, banking, courier services, and other administrative duties when required.
- Support company events and field activities through transportation and logistical assistance.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- Diploma will be an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- At least 3 years of proven driving experience in a corporate or professional environment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Skills and Competencies

- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, honesty, and integrity.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel within and outside the designated area of operation.
- May be required to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on business needs.
