DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The SALE TECHNICAL PERSONNEL will be responsible for sourcing for customers, maintaining regular contact with the customers, traveling to the customer’s location to talk about our product range, demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products and advising customers on technology upgrades and related products. The candidate must have the ability to compose tender documents and customer proposals as well as meet sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
- Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
- Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
- Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
- Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
- Reporting to management about sales made.
- Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, business IT or any related field
- A minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- The ability to identify and follow up on leads
- Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
- Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
- Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance
- Willingness to travel extensively.
