Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Personnel will be responsible for a range of duties that involve promoting and selling a company’s products or services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
- Present products or services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services.
- Engage with customers through various platforms to build brand loyalty.
- Respond to customer queries or feedback via social media, email, or other channels.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
- Work with product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure the marketing and sales strategies are aligned with company goals.
- Organize events, webinars, or promotional activities to build awareness.
- Manage all online marketing channels.
- Analyze customer data to segment target audiences effectively.
- Any other duties assigned.
Education and Experience
- Diploma preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business administration, Accounting or related discipline.
- At least 2years work experience in a related position
- Analytical abilities to understand data and customer behavior
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving to craft engaging campaigns.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Willing to travel and attend events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
