Shipping Co-Ordinator
KSM MANAMENT CONSULTANT, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country and is now actively looking to recruit an experienced Shipping Co-Ordinator, for a client, the in Logistics and transportation industry.
Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this Job is to ensure that all goods are shipped to and from the rights place.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Booking of containers
- Getting the material place in the correct containers
- Getting the Verified Gross Mass
- Ensuring the correct details in the Bill of Landing of container numbers
- Co-ordinating in getting the Bill of Landing draft and change if any in the Bill of Land
- Getting the Bill of landing printed timely
- Collection of Bill of landing from Shipping line
- Checking that all goods are free from damage
- Ensuring that all the parties that are participating in the shipping are insurance
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor of Procurement and Supply/Business Administration
- Must have 2-4 years of experience

- Pays attention to details
