Job Description
KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, the largest HR firm in Zambia, recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM, becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country is now actively looking to recruit for a proactive and results-driven Temporary Business Development Representative (BDR).
The Temporary BDR will support pipeline development, with a strong focus on identifying and engaging key Points of Consumption (POCs).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities, with a primary focus on sourcing and engaging relevant POCs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and partners
- Conduct outreach (calls, visits, emails) to introduce offerings and generate interest
- Support sales growth by contributing to volume and distribution targets within assigned areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback
- Ensure professional representation of the company in all customer interactions
- Provide timely updates, reporting, and feedback to the team

Education & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Some experience in sales, business development, or FMCG environment is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork/outreach
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
