Our Client, a leader in the financial / insurance sector is expanding its footprint and is poised to grow its service offering around Zambia.
We are looking for ambitious, self-driven, motivated and ready-to-start Financial Advisors – who will work as Sales Agents. Join our dynamic sales team of experienced and innovative financial / insurance Advisors. Interested candidates with own accommodation in the following areas are urgently encouraged to apply clearly making the town they are interested to be located:

This is a very serious performance driven sales environment and only committed successful candidates will undergo an Intensive Financial Advisors’ sales training.
Requirements
- G12 Certificate including Mathematics/Accounts and English.
- First commercial degree or Higher National Diploma, an added advantage
- Presentable, Mature with good communication skills (both orally and written)
- Should be sales aggressive, effective communicator, team player, sociable, versatile, resourceful, hardworking and should exhibit initiative
- Sales experience in the financial / insurance industry is an added advantage
- Preferably have own car
- Good presentation skills
- Be able to demonstrate a keen ability to inter-relate with people of diverse backgrounds and should be able to communicate at all levels with a great service-orientated disposition.
- Must be a resident in the chosen town / location and should have stayed in that town for at least 12 months with excellent working knowledge of the area for at least 12 months all accrued within the last 5 years.
