DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The HEAD OF TRAINING will be responsible for analyzing skills gaps to determine training needs, creating courses for individual or group trainings and overseeing the training budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops training and development programs and objectives based on business goals
- Recommend new training methods
- Manage quarterly and annual training budgets
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
- Works effectively as a team member
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for training events
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, with a bias in training.
- Minimum of 4 years experience designing and implementing training development programs.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
