Onelife is licensed by the Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA) specializing mainly in the corporate health sector but keen to expand into more individual business both in the health and life insurance sectors, requires, a versatile, dynamic, self-motivated, highly credible and suitably qualified individual to fill the vacant position of Membership Consultant (1) reporting to the Underwriting Manager
Job Description Summary
- Registering all member application forms when received.
- Underwriting of all forms.
- Loading new business and member application forms timely and accurately.
- Activation of new members and inclusions.
- Deactivation of members.
- Ensuring all members have membership cards.
- Communicating membership rules to clients.
- Conducting membership reconciliations.
- Card file request- printing, packaging and dispatching cards.
- Handle all client related queries and Correspondence and escalate to relevant department when necessary.
- Continually improve and maintain high service levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver client-centric processes and solutions.
- Attend to walk in clients and provide the necessary assistance.
- Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Take ownership for driving own career development.
- Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
Qualification and Experience
- Must have at least a first degree from a recognized university preferably in Insurance.
- Diploma in Insurance (added advantage).
- Three (3) years’ experience.
