PUB AND GRILL MANAGER

The PUB AND GRILL MANAGER will be responsible for taking care of routine tasks, controlling resources and employees as well as fostering a secure, enjoyable environment for customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the staff of the Pub and Grill
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees
- Ensure that food and drinks are prepared and served to the highest quality standards
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and food products
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profits
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets and sales reports
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure smooth operation of the business
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
SALARY RANGE: K4,500 – K5,000 Gross Pay
