The PUB AND GRILL MANAGER will be responsible for taking care of Pub routine tasks, controlling resources and employees as well as fostering a secure, enjoyable environment for both staff and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the business aspects of the Pub
- Managing and overseeing administrative aspects of day to day operations.
- Training staff to provide excellent service to customers
- Ensuring the premises is kept clean at all times
- Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
- Planning and taking part in promotional events.
- Providing Input on Décor and marketing activities e.g., Social media platforms
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Hospitality or any related field, Degree is an added advantage
- Knowledge in hospitality
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry
- Checklist system experience
- Financial Knowledge
- Must be hospitable
- Must be Innovative
- Exceptional communication, Interpersonal and Customer care skills
