The TELLER will be responsible for assisting clients with routine financial transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Auditing transactions for accuracy, including verifying signatures and reviewing account balances
- Answering questions about products and services, assisting customers with transactions, and referring problems to the appropriate person
- Recording transactions, which involves logging checks and preparing transaction reports
- Keeping customers’ personal information confidential
- Serves clients by completing account transactions.
- Handling transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
- Performing other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Certificate/Diploma in banking
- 1 year experience in banking
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
