1. CONSTRUCTION LEADER(1 POSITION)
Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Leader to join our team . The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes . This role is instrumental in overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all phases are executed with precision and within regulatory standards. The Construction Leader will be responsible for managing diverse teams, coordinating multilayered tasks, and communicating effectively. Requirements
· Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

· 3 years of experience in construction management, and at-least 2 years in team leading.

· Proven experience in managing a team, with strong leadership and personnel management skills.

· Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

· Experience with construction measuring instrument.

2. STORES MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (2 POSITIONS)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our storage operations, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of materials and products. As a key player in our management team, you will utilize your expertise to optimize inventory levels, implement best practices in stock management, and lead a team committed to excellence in service delivery. Your role will encompass designing and enforcing processes that meet our operational targets, while also ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. With strong leadership and communication skills, you will foster a collaborative work environment that empowers team members and enhances overall productivity. Responsibilities
· Supervise daily operations of the stores management team to ensure smooth functioning of inventory processes.

· Develop, implement, and monitor inventory management procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.

· Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials and supplies.

· Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

· Train and mentor team members on best practices in inventory management and safety protocols.

· Prepare and present reports on inventory status and performance metrics to senior management.

· Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.

· Assisting in implementing store policies and procedures.

· Monitoring team performance and providing feedback.

Requirements
· Degree in purchasing and and supply chain management or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in stores management or inventory supervision, preferably in manufacturing industry

· Proven experience in managing a team, with strong leadership and personnel management skills.

· In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and software applications.

· Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and management.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

3.0. MACHINE OPERATOR(GLASS PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING MACHINE, 4 POSITIONS)
Description
