About The Role
The role of an Administration Manager will involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of an organization’s administrative functions. They ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Daily Operations: will oversees the organization’s day-to-day processes, ensuring they are carried out effectively and efficiently across departments.
- Manage internal and external communications (emails, calls, meetings).
- Supervise office staff and ensure the office environment is well-maintained and efficient.
- Handle the procurement and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Approve and process invoices, purchase orders, and payments related to office functions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Budget Management: Oversee office budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Organizing social events such as weddings, parties, corporate events, and conferences.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of corporate events, managing logistics.
- Manage all the daily productions.
- Manage employee attendance, leave requests and general queries.
- Ensure that the company is compliant with any relevant regulations.
- Managing Risks: Assess operational risks and take steps to minimize them, ensuring smooth business functions.
- Focusing on Customers: Ensuring the company delivers top-notch customer service, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage logistics of all the deliveries
- Generate reports for senior management on office operations, budget, and other administrative functions.

- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business management/Administration/ Finance or Related.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of management and accounting transactions.
- Good customer service background.
- Must have a driver’s license.
