Overview:
We are seeking a professional and highly organized French-Speaking Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English and will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring effective communication in both French and English.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information or redirecting as needed.
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and meetings for staff and visitors.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and professional at all times.
  • Assist with translating documents or conversations when required.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
