- Procurement Officer
Procurement Officer will manage our procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement planning and strategy
- Source new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Supplier sourcing and contract negotiation
- Purchase order management and inventory control
- Compliance and relationship management
- Reporting and spend analysis
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement or related field
- 2 – 3 years of experience in procurement
- Member of Zambia institute of ZIPS
- Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative support to our team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support
- Office management
- Communication
- Scheduling of meeting and calendar
- Record keeping all documents
- Data entry
- Project coordination
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related field
- 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
