Job Description
Golden Camp Solutions, a Hospitality Company in Lumwana is seeking to recruit a Retail Manager to manage the Supermarket. The candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in Retail Management as well as a Diploma in Purchasing and supply or any business-related qualification. A Bachelor’s degree in a business Course will be an added advantage.
The Retail Manager will be reporting directly to the project/Store Manager who are in charge of materials control at the shop, you will be responsible for making sure that all company materials are safe guarded and taken good care of, and you will be involved in providing information on stocking levels in the shop as well as undertaking procurement activities.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Have knowledge of ordering, receiving, storing and issuing procedures.
• Creative, self-motivated, proactive and confident.
• Creative with ideas in stock.
• Able to work with other staff from other departments, as well as the clients.
• Knowledge of food control principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be physically fit and be able to pass pre-employment and medical examinations.
• Ability to listen and learn skills required in performing storekeeping duties.
