Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this Job is to ensure that
Duties and Responsibilities
- Control on inward and outwards of the material.
- Getting the quotations from various vendors,
- Creating the Purchase Orders,
- Getting the purchase order approved by authorities,
- Procurement of items basis approved purchase order.
- Getting timely audit done for stores.
- Ensuring that stock does not exceed par level
- Ensure all goods are released on time
