Job Description

Key area of responsibility include but not limited to
- Assist Team Leaders in coordinating project deliverables i.e. schedules, resources, equipment and information from the start of a project till its completion
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Monitor project progress and communicate project status and performance to all concerning parties
- Preparation of budgets and invoicing
- Capturing of data and updating of spreadsheets and reports
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation
- Ensure projects are carried out within the guidelines of company and client policies and procedures/processes.
- Conduct and/or partake in regular meetings
Compulsory qualifications and experience requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Degree in Business Administration or related field Certificate –
- +3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in the construction industry
- Basic knowledge on ISO standards (health and safety, environmental and quality) advantageous
