Key area of responsibility include but not limited to

  • Assist Team Leaders in coordinating project deliverables i.e. schedules, resources, equipment and information from the start of a project till its completion
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Monitor project progress and communicate project status and performance to all concerning parties
  • Preparation of budgets and invoicing
  • Capturing of data and updating of spreadsheets and reports
  • Prepare and maintain all project documentation
  • Ensure projects are carried out within the guidelines of company and client policies and procedures/processes.
  • Conduct and/or partake in regular meetings

Compulsory qualifications and experience requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field Certificate –
  • +3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Basic knowledge on ISO standards (health and safety, environmental and quality) advantageous
