Job Overview

Spotless Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Monitoring spending and budgets, and advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits.
  2. Employ a variety of bookkeeping methods; post, balance, and maintain manual and computerized accounts.
  3. Preparation of accounting records, summaries, report creation, and generation as needed.
  4. Reconciles and records receipts, incoming cash, fees presented for payment, and other fiscal transactions. Prepares and files purchase orders.
  5. Prepares and reconciles various financial reports (i.e weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
  6. Managing customer invoicing process: adds new customers into accounting software, formats invoices, calculates finance charges, creates customer statements, and handles the distribution of the invoices and statements
  7. Assists with semi‐monthly timesheet audits for payroll processing.
  8. Researches discrepancies in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounts; interfaces with vendors, customers, and other appropriate staff to reconcile.
  9. Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and mailing.
  10. Assists with special accounting projects as needed.
  11. Performs other duties as assigned by Principal Manager.

Spotless Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or their equivalent
  • At least two years of professional accounting experience
