POSITION: CLUB MANAGER – 1 YEAR FTC – LUANSHYA
The position reports to the Managing Director. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the total operations of the Nest Pub club and services offered including the Restaurant & Bar, and Staff supervision to promote an exceptional “club experience,” and provide excellent services for all patrons.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the management and performance of the Club operations and services to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including beverages and supplies.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services.
- Manage cash flow and adhere to budgets.
- Prepare annual operating budget and capital expense forecasts.
- Adhere to requirements of statutory and applicable taxes.
- Establish sales goals and forecasts for all services.
- Manage & Account for Club assets.
- Enforce and maintain all healthy and Safety regulations at the club.
- Ensures maintenance of the club facilities
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Degree in Hospitality/ Business Administration
- Familiarity with point-of-sale advantageous
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in club management
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams
