KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM, becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country is now actively looking to recruit SOCIAL MEDIA ADMINISTRATOR.

The SOCIAL MEDIA ADMINISTRATOR will be responsible for managing the company’s brand image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. In addition, create and design text and video content, manage posts and respond and engage with followers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Designing and implementing social media strategy that aligns with business goals
- Responding to comments on each of the company’s social media platforms.
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
- Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
- WEBSITE Designing and Management.
- Content creation.
- Graphic designing.
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
- Analyzing data (Web analytics) to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Responsible for growing the company’s social media presence.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Marketing, Commerce or any related field, degree is an added advantage.
- Proven previous experience as a social media marketer.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Graphic designing.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office packages.
- Ability to express our company’s views creatively.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
SALARY RANGE: ZMK 3,500 – ZMK 7,000
